This is one of the biggest mistakes made. In fact, this is one of the most vital reasons for not eating anything after a certain time in the evening. Late food intake is very harmful for our systems that go into sleep and detox process at night.
 
This means that it is necessary to consume the appropriate food in moderation at the appropriate time. Otherwise, this situation will cause difficulties in the related systems and, depending on these difficulties, new functioning patterns will be put into effect. Increased acidity, fatty liver, disruptions in the detox mechanism and changes in circulation are just some of them. As long as improper reception continues, it will bring with it many new irregularities.
