The burden of the body: Stress!

If we ask what is the disease of our age, the common answer most people will give: Stress. Stress emerges as the most important factor in the background of many diseases that we know. So what is this stress that plays such an active role in?

The emergence of stress is usually our inability to react to everything that is going on around us, whether we are aware of it or not. Sometimes our strength is low, we cannot react, sometimes our load is too much, and we remain unresponsive.

Stress is a state of alarm and occurs when the body is stressed. What happens in the body when stressed? While this state of alarm is being executed, the body activates many systems and hormonal processes. This situation creates an additional load process on the entire system.

Sometimes our familial background, sometimes our negative gains that we reveal later, can disrupt our defense power. Sometimes, negative environmental factors can force our existing systems.

In fact, stress is an indispensable part of our lives. It helps the body stay active. So little stress is beneficial. However, if the stress level increases, a series of dysfunctions may occur, as our body will move away from well-being and create new settings. In this case, our body forgets all the work it has to do and focuses only on stress, and a vicious circle begins in our body. Depending on many systems affected by this vicious circle, our body gives an alarm in a rapid manner.

At the time of stress, our body gives alarms, while it is carried out with simple reflex processes at first, then it reveals many functional changes with permanent patterns.

In the formation of stress-related patterns, it activates the matrix part of the fascia, which initially envelops all the existing units in the body. Because this part is the part of our body that first responds to stress. The matrix drives reflex responses, dispelling the effects of stress. However, if the stress processes continue, the matrix cannot solve this problem only with a reflex response, and it reveals new processes in the body with permanent patterns and changes.

The effect of stress on the body can be observed primarily as the collapse of our shoulders. If this stress situation continues, the fascia loses its flexibility and painful conditions occur due to its effect on the circulation. This is the indicator of the connection of the condition called fibromyalgia with stress.

If the stress continues, the shoulder will collapse and this will manifest itself as stress-related neck and joint pain at the end of a process. The interaction process of the fascia is also active in the stress connection of painful fibromyalgia.

The best thing to do about stress is to find the source of the stress instead of seeing it as the enemy, and cut the existing pathways for the causation of stress. Because stress is one of the important factors in the formation of new set points.
