Manual Therapy / RTM Manipulations
Manual Therapy is a clinical approach that uses specific techniques, including, but not limited to, manipulation practices used by Doctors and Physiotherapists to diagnose and treat soft tissues and joint structures. Manual Therapy is used to relieve pain, reduce limitation of movement, reduce or eliminate soft tissue inflammation, promote elasticity, accelerate contractile and non-contractile tissue repair, and facilitate movement.
In the RTM System, Manual Therapy (Manipulative Therapy) takes part in the Regeneration phase. It takes part in the processes of supporting the systems in the treatment triad. It acts on the Physical Body, Energy Body, and Electrical Body. RTM Manual Therapy applications include completely unique methods. It is the application of a determined and specially directed hand force towards the body to increase mobility in certain areas, joints, connective tissues or skeletal muscles. It is a method used to diagnose and treat especially musculoskeletal pain and injuries within the system. It is involved in the treatment of painful syndromes and diseases in the arm, shoulder, musculoskeletal system, especially neck, back and low back pain. In some cases of slipped disc that requires surgical intervention, it can provide recovery as an alternative treatment depending on the severity of the case. Since the nerves compressed by the muscles and/or joints can be released in Manual Therapy, depending on the segments; Even migraine, headache, asthma, indigestion, arthritis and some emotional disorders can be treated.
