Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a treatment technique that helps healing by controlling the therapist's 'cranial rhythm' and applying light pressure and massage therapy to certain points of the region from the coccyx to the skull. Craniosacral Therapy helps to mobilize and balance the intrabody fluid and to eliminate the negative effects in the central nervous system. Craniosacral Therapy aims to highlight the body's self-healing function by relaxing the body muscles and soft tissue and providing mobility in the bones. The person who is treated through Craniosacral Therapy integrates with himself and gets away from stress and pain.
